Tatar From Ul. Słowackiego To Ul. Katowicka.) The Scope Of The Task Includes: - Execution Of Preparatory And Earthworks, - Demolition Of The Existing Surface By Milling, - Construction Of A New Asphalt Surface Of The Road And Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate, - Cleaning Of Ditches With Profiling Of The Bottom And Slopes In Order To Road Drainage, - Construction Of New Sidewalks, Strips, Concrete Block Exits, - Construction Of Road Traffic Safety Devices, - Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings. - Reconstruction Of Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings Within The Intersection Of Ul. Słowackiego And Wyzwolenia (A Relevant Extract From The Permanent Traffic Organization Project In This Scope Is Attached).B. Renovation Of The Street Tomaszowska In Rawa Mazowiecka On A Section Of 339.56 Meters (From The Roundabout At The Intersection With Ul. Katowicka To The Intersection With Ul. Tulipanowa). The Scope Of The Task Includes: - Renovation Of The Existing Asphalt Surface Along With Framing The Road With Curbs On The Eastern Side, - Milling Of The Road Surface, - Construction Of A New Asphalt Road Surface (Binding And Wearing Layer), - Installation Of Horizontal Markings. C. Installation Of 2 Information Boards Regarding The Implementation Of The Project (Cost Estimate In Annex 8) Note No. 1: The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Surrounding Properties At Every Stage Of Construction Works.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Construction Documentation, The Offer Cost Estimate/Bill Of Quantities And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities Enabling Obtaining A Permit To Use The Project (Including Partial Permits) And To Prepare An Application To The Construction Supervision Inspectorate In This Regard, Provided That These Procedures Are Required By Law.
