Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Which Is Also Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. Information About Options (Option Right): Optional Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Option Right): Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Intends To Exercise The Option Right When Implementing The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Optional Scope (If The Ordering Party Activates The Reserved Option Right In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement), The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: Purchase And Deliver A Maximum Of 45 All In One Desktop Computers Compliant With Opz, Therefore Orders Implemented Under The Option Will Be Identical To The Description Of The Subject Of The Basic Order. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Will Exercise The Option Right In The Event Of A Need To Order Additional Products In Connection With The Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Order Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims For This Reason.
