1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building Of Primary School No. 3 In The Form Of Operating Leasing. Ignacy Łukasiewicz In Środa Wielkopolska, Located At Ul. 20 Października 2, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska, Plot No. 2737. The Term Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing At The Ordering Partys Own Expense And Risk Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Installation And Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Confirmed In The Technical Documentation, Together With The Commissioning Of All Devices, Checking Their Correct Operation, Giving Them The Proper Configuration And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees, As Well As Reporting To The Local Electricity Supplier To Connect The Photovoltaic Installation Devices To The Power Grid. Note: All Assembly Works Will Take Place On An Active Facility, Therefore They Cannot Disturb The Normal Operation Of The Institution As A Whole While Maintaining The Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.2. A Detailed Description, Including The Scope Of Work And Activities To Be Performed And The Method Of Execution Of The Order, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Swz Ii - Detailed Opz Together With The Attached Technical Documentation In Electronic Version - Swz Ii - Detailed Opz - Technical Documentation.3. For The Service Provided In The Scope Of Delivery And Installation Of Photovoltaics, I.E. Installed Equipment, Devices, Built-In Materials And Work Performed, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Minimum Of 5 Years Warranty, With The Exception Of Warranty Periods Regarding Photovoltaic Panel Modules, For Which The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party Is: 15 - Years For A Product (Panel) Warranty Covering: Free From Significant Design, Material And Workmanship Defects That Impair The Performance Of The Module (Limited Product Warranty), Product Compliance With Specifications And Relevant Drawings, 30-Year Linear Power Warranty - At The Level Of 1% Power Loss In The First Year After Installation And At The Level Of 0.4% Power Loss Per Year Over 30 Years, The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Warranty Period.4. All Installation/Device Elements Included In The Delivery Must Be Brand New. The Ordering Party Requires That The Photovoltaic Modules Delivered To The Installation Site Have A Production Date No Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.5. The Contractors Response Time To Reporting A Failure, Fault Or Defect During The Warranty Period Cannot Be Longer Than 12 Hours. The Response Time Is Understood As The Time From The Moment Of Reporting To The Moment Of Starting The Removal Of The Reported Failure.6. The Third Failure Of The Same Element/Sub-Assembly Of The Device During The Warranty/Warranty Period Entitles The Ordering Party To Demand That The Contractor Replace This Element/Sub-Assembly O
