The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is The Successive Delivery Of Polyelectrolyte To Support The Dewatering Of Post-Fermentation Sludge In The Alfalaval Aldec 75 Decanter Centrifuge. The Estimated Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order To Be Purchased By The Ordering Party Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Is 14,000.00 Kg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Deliveries. The Amount Given Above Should Be Treated As The Maximum. The Amount Of Post-Fermentation Sludge Produced In The Treatment Plant Operated By Spółka Wodno-Sciekowa Swarzewo Is Approximately 1,400 Mg Of Dry Matter. Sediment/Year. The Sludge Has A Concentration Of 3%÷4% Of Dry Matter And Is Subjected To Centrifugation Until Dewatering Is Not Less Than (20% Of The Sludge Dry Matter). The Condition For Admitting The Offer To The Tender Is To Offer A Polyelectrolyte That Will Enable The Sludge To Be Dewatered To Min. 20% Dm And Its Consumption Will Not Exceed 9 Kg Per 1 Mg Of Dry Matter. Sludge In Order To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Fulfillment Of The Minimum Quality Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Confirmed In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). If The Conditions Regarding The Degree Of Sludge Dewatering And The Amount Of Consumption Of The Offered Polyelectrolyte Are Not Met, The Offer Will Be Rejected. The Quality Of The Offered Polyelectrolyte Will Be Verified After Each Delivery. In The Event Of A Polyelectrolyte Delivery That Does Not Meet The Required Minimum Parameters, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract Due To Circumstances For Which The Contractor Is Responsible.
