The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of An Elevator Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled People While Maintaining The Existing Elevator Shaft In The Building Of The Spa Railway Hospital In Nałęczów Spzoz.2. The Task Consists Of: 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Lift 2) Delivery Of A Complete New Lift 3) Assembly Of A New Lift, Power Supply For The New Lift, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures At The Landing Doors To Ensure Lighting Intensity In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Standard, Construction Processing Of The Glyphs Of The Newly Installed Landing Doors 4) Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Certification In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Execution Of The Necessary Udt Arrangements Along With All Necessary Arrangements And Permits For Use,3. The Accompanying Works Include Plaster Additions, Wall Repairs And Painting Works Resulting From The Modernization Works Carried Out In The Shaft And The Engine Room,4. The Ordering Party Will Make It Possible To Get Acquainted With The Facility,5. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Selection Of An Elevator That Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, 2) Development Of Design And Assembly Documentation For The Elevator, 3) Dismantling Of The Existing Elevator. The Dismantled Elements Remain The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To The Collection Point For Secondary Raw Materials, Steel And Aluminum Scrap And Electronics Generated During Demolition Works, And Will Provide The Documents Related To This Transfer To The Ordering Party, Who Will Issue An Invoice To The Company Collecting The Scrap, 4) Complete Delivery Of A New Crane, Assembly And Commissioning, 5) Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In The Machine Room And The Lift Shaft, 6) Construction Of New Lighting For The Shaft, 7) Granting A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Works In Question And The Supplied Equipment. 8) The Design Documentation Should Also Include The Development Of A Work Schedule, Which Must Be Established In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Safely Pass People Along The Corridors Where The Replaced Lift Stops Are Located Throughout The Duration Of The Order During The Normal Operating Hours Of The Building. 9) The Work Schedule Should Be Approved By The Ordering Party.
