1. Providing Physical Security Services On The Property Of The Statistical Informatics Center - Plant In Radom At Ul. Planty 39/45. The Form Of Providing The Service Will Be A Security Post In The Facility With A Minimum Staff Of 1 Person, With The Support Of Intervention Patrols In The Event Of A Threat And To Check The Correct Operation Of The Post On The Protected Property Between 8.00 P.M. And 5.00 A.M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Personal Services By The Contractor In The Form Of A Security Post At The Facility. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Direct The Contractor To Perform The Activities Specified In Point 4 Of The Opz, The Duties Of The Security Post Of At Least 3 Persons Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320).
