The Delivery Must Meet The Current Requirements In Tek17, Regulations On Environmental Health Protection, The Workplace Regulations And Other Relevant Technical And Official Requirements. If The Establishment Involves Building And Construction Work, The Building Owner Regulations Apply. The Contractor Must Deliver Complete Establishment, Technical Completion And Operational Test No Later Than Four Weeks Before Start-Up, As Well As Document Energy Performance, Re-Use Solutions And Operational Efficiency.
