Software Maintenance And Repair Services – Provision Of Maintenance Services Of The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr) (Department 3). According To The No. 8848 Εν 2025/18-03-2025 (Adam: 25Req016499695) Primary Request Of The Competent Service (General Directorate Of Digital Governance, The Directorate Of Electronic Government, The Department Of Open Government And Transparency), The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr), For A Total Period Of Up To Sixty (60) Months. The Contract Is Subdivided Into Three (3) Sections, As Follows: Section 1: Provision Of Maintenance Services Of The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr), For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. It Is Noted That For Department 1, Contract No. 36/2025 (Adam: 25Symv017180782) Has Been Concluded, With A Duration Until 08.01.2026. Section 2: Provision Of Maintenance Services Of The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr), For A Period Of Six (6) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Was 09.01.2026, I.E. After The End Of Contract No. 36/2025 (Adam: 25Symv017180782). It Is Noted That For Department 2, Contract No. 127/2025 (Adam: 25Symv018288150) Has Been Concluded, Which Expires On 07.08.2026. Section 3: Provision Of Maintenance Services Of The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr), For A Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months From The Signing Of The Relevant Contract. This Contract Is Governed By An Option Which Consists In The Possibility Of Extending The Contract For Up To Eight (8) Additional Quarters, I.E. Up To Twenty-Four (24) Additional Months, With A Corresponding Increase In The Financial Object Of The Contract Based On The Unit Price Of The Contractors Financial Offer. The Above Option May Be Activated Either Gradually, For One And/Or More Quarters, Or Once For All Eight (8) Quarters. The Earliest Possible Start Of The Contract Is After The Completion Of The Contract Of Section 2. In Particular, The Subject Of This Contract Provision Of Maintenance Services Of The Diavgeia Program (Diavgeia.Gov.Gr) Is Exclusively Section 3 Described Above And Concerns The Provision Of The Following Services Related To The Maintenance Of The Existing Software (Operating Systems, Ready-Made Applications Or Not) Of The Diavgeia System: • Infrastructure And Network Monitoring. • Monitoring & Managing The Smooth Operation Of Databases. • Monitoring & Managing The Smooth Operation Of Infrastructure Software. • Remote Technical Support Services Through Level B Helpdesk Operation. • Adding Or Changing Functionality Of The Application Following The Instructions Of The Competent Department Of The Ministry. • Adjustment Of The Base Due To Actions Resulting From Eventual Splits And/Or Mergers Of Entities And The Activations And/Or Deactivations Of Entities Required By Them And Any Related Actions.
