Systems And Technical Consultancy Services – User-Centered Innovation And Conception Services For Barrier-Free Optimization And Further Development Of The Custom App. As Part Of A Funding Project From The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg, Vhh.Mobility Has Developed The Custom App - A Barrier-Free Assistance App For Local Public Transport In The Greater Hamburg Area, Which Is Based On The Two-Sense Principle And Enables People With Visual And Hearing Impairments To Have Independent And Safe Access To Passenger Information. The App Went Into Regular Operation At The Beginning Of 2025. As Part Of The Current Three-Year Funding Project Of The European Urban Initiative (Eui, Project Reference Number Eui03-134-Custom), The Custom App Is To Be Systematically Further Developed And Expanded To The Entire Hvv Network. The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg Acts As The Funding Recipient. The Aim Is To Obtain Well-Founded, Evidence-Based Insights Into Usage Experiences, Barriers And Potential For Improvement Of The Custom App As Well As To Develop Prioritized, Validated And Documented Conceptual Solution Approaches That Serve As A Decision-Making And Working Basis For The Technical Further Development Of The App By A Separately Commissioned App Development Service Provider.
