Restaurant And Food-Serving Services – Café And Terrace Services At The Kunts Museum Of Modern Art. The Joint Procurement Unit Teese Botnia Oy Requests Bids On Behalf Of Vaasa City Museums For The Production Of Cafe And Terrace Services For The Kuntsi Museum Of Modern Art In Accordance With This Request For Bids. This Is A User License Agreement, The Aim Of Which Is To Provide The Museums Customers And Staff As Well As Other Users Of The Service With Functional And High-Quality Cafe Services, And To Further Develop The Services In Cooperation Between The Selected Service Provider And The Subscriber. The Kuntsi Museum Of Modern Art Hosts Two Art Exhibitions And Private Events Every Year. There Are Approximately 10,000 Museum Visitors Each Year. Cafe And Museum Shop Visitors Have Not Been Recorded Separately. The Kuntsi Museum Of Modern Art Leases The Cafe And Kitchen Located In The Museum, The 200-Seat Terrace On The West Wall Of The Museum, And The Nearby Wc To The Service Provider Who Submitted The Winning Bid, In Accordance With The Rent And Other Conditions Stated In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tenders, And The Service Provider Undertakes To Provide The Services In Accordance With The Contract During The Contract Period. In This Way, The Service Provider Will Be Operating In A Historically Valuable Property With Art Museum Activities And Valuable Assets. The License Agreement Applies To The Production Of At Least The Following Services In The Premises Rented By The Subscriber: 1. Catering At The Museums Exhibition Openings 2. Catering At Other Events Of The Subscriber Or The City Of Vaasa, Which Are Organized On The Premises Of The Museum 3. Catering At Other Locations Of The Subscriber As Separately Agreed With The Subscriber 4. Other Services Provided By The Service Provider When So Agreed With The Subscriber (E.G. Pop-Up Cafe Operations). In Addition, The Provider Has The Option Of Offering Lunch. The Minimum Rent For The Premises Must Be At Least 4,000 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Month During The High Season (May-August) And At Least 500 Euros (Vat 0%) Per Month During The Off-Season. The Service Provider Commits To The Declared Minimum Rent For The Entire Contract Period. The Target Start Date Of The Agreement Is June 15, 2026. The Contract Is Temporary. The Contract Is Valid From 15 June 2026 To 30 April 2031.
