And Remaining Applicable Derived Regulations. Prior To The Approval Of The Projects Processed In The Júcar Hydrographic Confederation, A Review Must Be Carried Out To Help Avoid Errors, Cost Overruns And Delays, As Well As Modified Projects, Complementary Works, Final Certifications And Settlements. In Order To Provide Due Review To The Files That Are Intended To Be Carried Out And Those Already In Progress, And Given The Insufficient Resources Currently Available To The Technical Directorate, And More Specifically The Supervision Office, It Is Noted That It Is Impossible To Undertake The Review Of Technical Documentation With Its Own Resources And, Consequently, It Is Mandatory To Hire External Engineering Services Through Specialized Consulting Companies To Support These Tasks.
