We Will Grant Suppliers Selected On The Basis Of The Concession Procedure The Right To Use The Infrastructure Used For The Storage And Handling Of Aviation Fuel At Václav Havel Prague Airport When Ensuring The Supply Of Aviation Fuel To Airlines, Incl. Provision Of Aviation Fuel Handling Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concession), Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation And In The Draft Agreement On The Use Of Airport Infrastructure For Storage And Handling Of Lph, Which Forms Annex F To The Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) And Further Under The Conditions Specified In The Other Annexes To The Tender Documentation Or The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Select 6 (Six) Suppliers To Conclude The Contract, I.E. The Maximum Possible Number With Regard To The Capacity Of The Provided Infrastructure.
