Recreational, Cultural And Sporting Services – Employee Benefits As A Mobile Service. The Object Of The Procurement Is An Electronic Employee Benefits Payment Tool (Mobile Application) And Its Administration Service As A Complete Service For The Use Of Yleisradio Oy (Hereinafter Yle) Employees. In Addition To The Mobile Application, The Provider Has A Physical Means Of Payment, Such As A Lunch Tag Or Card. The Service Must Enable The Payment Of Tax-Free Benefits Such As Lunch, Exercise, Cultural And Commuting Benefits. Electronic Means Of Payment Refers To An Electronic System With Which An Employee Pays A Personnel Benefit Without Being Tied To Cards Or Other Physical Means Of Payment. The Electronic Payment Instrument Must Be Implemented As A Mobile Application. Management Service Refers To The System By Which Yle Orders Payment Instruments, Manages And Monitors Their Use. The Acquisition Includes An Option To Pay Sports, Cultural And Commuting Benefits. The Implementation Of These Services Is Decided Separately During The Contract Period Between The Subscriber And The Service Provider. The Contract Period Enters Into Force When Both Contracting Parties Have Signed The Contract, And Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years. The Contract Period Can Be Extended By Two (2) One-Year Option Years. Yle Chooses One (1) Contract Partner With Whom It Concludes The Contract. The Service Provider Must Be Ready To Start Providing The Service In The Schedule Agreed With The Customer, But No Later Than Four (4) Months After The Contract Enters Into Force. The Description Of The Commissioning Attached By The Service Provider To Its Offer Is Reviewed Together With The Contracting Parties And, If Necessary, The Necessary Changes Are Made To It.
