Tenders are invited for Construction of Solar Powered Borehole with Fetching Bays at Orogho II. Bidding is being conducted through the National Competitive Bidding as specified in section 35 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2020 and its open to all eligible bidders. Bidding documents which contains detailed information such as Locations, Scope of Works, Bill of Engineering Measurement (BEME), Bill of Quantity (BOQ), detailed evaluation criteria and other Specifications may be obtained at the Procurement Department, Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission (EDSOGPADEC), Room 12, 4th Floor, Block A, Palm House, Sapele Road, Benin City between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm from Mondays to Fridays except on public holiday upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) payable to Edo State Government (IGR Account). All bids are to be accompanied with a bid security equivalent to 2% of bid price in bank guarantee or insurance bond acceptable to the Procurement Office of the Commission. The Bond shall be payable to Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission (EDSOGPADEC). Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same office.
