MassWildlife is soliciting bids to do plumbing repairs/upgrades at the McLaughlin Hatchery, 90 East St, Belchertown, MA. Project will consist of all labor, materials, and permits to upgrade plumbing in an unheated attic space to prevent freezing during periods of extreme temperatures. Contractor shall isolate and drain water from the system, remove old water piping and valves to drops in walls in attic, install new piping/valves, install heat trace on branches, and install sufficient insulation.
