The Proposed Building Is A Spa Complex To Be Built Next To The Existing Accommodation Building, Which Includes An Underground Bathing Room, A Steam Room And A Technical Room With An Outdoor Terrace And A Recreation Area. The Building Is Mostly Built As An Underground Concrete Structure And Is Connected To The Existing Building. The Spa Complex Is Intended For Up To 6 Users. The Works Include Construction And Installation Works With The Installation Of Technical Systems (Water, Sewage, Heating, Ventilation, Electricity) And Connection To The Systems Of The Existing Building. In Addition, A New Access Road Will Be Built, The Existing Road Route Will Be Repaired, Landscaping Works Will Be Carried Out, And The Parking Area Will Be Expanded For Up To 6 Cars, Including Electric Car Charging. The Object Is Located In A Heritage Conservation Area And Requires Experience With More Complex, Including Underground Construction Solutions.
