With This Public Procurement, The Service Of Responding To Non-Conformities Of Water Supply And Sewage Systems Is Procured, Which Means Solving The Non-Conformity Based On The Challenge Made By The Procurer And The Current Situation And, If Necessary, Carrying Out Limited Repair Works. As A Result Of The Public Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With One Bidder. The Procurer Orders The Service According To The Procedure Described In The Basic Documents Of Public Procurement. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For The Period 01.06.26 - 31.05.29 Or Until The Maximum Cost Agreed In The Framework Agreement Is Met, Depending On Which Condition Comes First.
