The Deadline For Design And Construction Work Is 31.07.2027. The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages, Of Which: Stage I Is The Submission Of Applications And The Qualification Of The Applicants, And Stage Ii Is The Submission Of Offers And, If Necessary, Negotiations With Bidders. Nb! Pursuant To Section 81(1) Of The Rhs, The Procuring Entity May Change The Tender Notice Or Other Basic Public Procurement Documents In A Competitive Tender Procedure With Negotiations Before The Deadline For Submitting Requests. Requests To Change The Basic Procurement Documents Can Be Made In Stage I. In Stage Ii, The Procurer May No Longer Change The Basic Documents, And In This Case The Procurement Should Be Started From The Beginning.
