The Customers Overall Purpose For The Framework Agreements Is To Cover Their Need For The Purchase Of Equipment For Meeting Rooms (Part Contract 1) And Interrogation Rooms (Part Contract 2). The Framework Agreements Must Ensure Standardisation, Operational Reliability And Future-Oriented Solutions. The Framework Agreements Must Also Facilitate The Customer Having A Good Overview Of Existing Meeting Room And Interrogation Room Equipment, And Also Facilitate The Incorporation Of Effective Ordering Routines. The Supplier Must Act As An Adviser To The Customer, So That The Customer Is Enabled To Make The Best Possible Choice When Entering Into Award Contracts Under The Two Framework Agreements. This Includes, Among Other Things, To: • Give Purchase Advice By Analyzing The Need, Finding Opportunities For Improvement And Proposing Solutions And Services That Cover The Need • Provide Advice To Reduce Risks Related To Safety, The Environment And Ethical Trading • Keep The Customer Up To Date On Technological Developments The Framework Agreements Are Not Intended To Cover The Need For Meeting Room And Interrogation Room Equipment Covered By Chapter 9 Of The Security Act.
