Gjerstad Municipality Must Enter Into Framework Agreements On Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads. The Framework Agreement Includes The Hiring Of Tractors And, If Applicable, Other Machines W/Driver For Plowing And Clearing Municipal Roads/Places. Winter Operations Mainly Include Routine Operational Tasks, Preparedness And Reporting To The Client. The Concept Of Operational Tasks Includes Ploughing, Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads, Car Parks And Walkways/Pavements, Etc. It Is The Suppliers Responsibility To Ensure That Winter Maintenance Is Carried Out In Accordance With Service Level Applicable At Any Time (Own Call-Out) In Accordance With To The Applicable Requirements. The Client Has The Right To Call Out A Supplier To Perform Services Under The Contract When He Sees A Need For This Or Finds This Appropriate.
