The Tender Concerns The Acquisition, Implementation, Application Operation, Maintenance And Support Of A Dose Monitoring System For Performing Patient Dosimetry Within The Specialties Of Conventional X-Ray, Mammography, Interventional Examinations, Ct, Fluoroscopy, Dexa And Dental Equipment. In Addition, An Option Is Offered For The Acquisition, Implementation, Application Operation, Maintenance And Support Of A Module For Performing Patient Dosimetry In Nuclear Medicine. The Dose Monitoring System Must Meet Executive Order No. 1387 Of 18 November 2025 On Patient Dosimetry And Diagnostic Reference Levels. The Client Wishes To Establish A Regional Solution For The Collection, Processing, Analysis And Reporting Of Dose Data Across Approx. 300 Modality Units And Up To 700,000 Annual Examinations With An Expected Increase. The Solution Must Support Workflows From Data Collection And Validation To Analysis, Visualization And Reporting, Including Statistical Analysis, Use Of Diagnostic Reference Levels (Drl), Alarms When Thresholds Are Exceeded And Quality Assurance. The System Must Also Support Flexible Data Processing, Including Correction, Filtering And Export. The System Is Implemented As An On-Premise Solution On The Clients Operating Platform And Integrated With The Existing It Landscape, Including Receiving Data From Modalities Via Dicom And From Pacs. In Addition, The Offer Includes An Option For Integration To Ris Via Hl7 And/Or Fhir. The Solution Must Support A Minimum Of 20 Administrators With Simultaneous Access To The System And 50 Users With Limited Access. The Offer Includes The Following Main Services: A. Delivery: Delivery And Implementation Of The System, Including Integrations. B. Ongoing Services: Application Operation, Maintenance And Support. C. Ordering Services: Further Development, Configuration And Consulting Assistance As Well As Options. D. Cross-Cutting Services.
