The Asphalt Mass To Be Supplied Must Be Of The Hot-Machined Bituminous Concrete Type (Cbuq) Established By The Dnit, In Particular The Standard Dnit 031/2006 Es, Or Another That May Replace It. The Material Must Have A Particle Size Compatible With The Range Specified For Asphalt Coatings, Ensuring Adequate Mechanical Resistance, Durability And Structural Performance. The Mixture Must Be Homogeneous, Free From Impurities, Segregation Or Foreign Materials, And Must Be Produced, Transported And Applied At An Appropriate Temperature, In Order To Ensure Perfect Adhesion Between The Layers, By Carrying Out Bonding Paint With Asphalt Emulsion. The Application Must Include Prior Preparation Of The Surface, With Cleaning And Regularization Of The Area, Adequate Filling Of The Holes, Uniform Spreading Of The Mass And Subsequent Mechanical Compaction With Appropriate Equipment, Ensuring The Correct Density And Surface Finish, Without Deformations Or Unevenness. The Entire Process Must Comply With Good Engineering Practices And Current Technical Standards, Including Complementary Ones That May Be Applicable, Ensuring The Quality, Safety And Durability Of The Services Performed.
