The Public Charging Services Order With Reference Fe26001 Described In This Tender Concerns The Provision Of Public Charging Services To Users At New Charging Locations To Be Created And Any Charging Locations To Be Taken Over Within The Province Of Fryslân And Everything Necessary To Make Public Charging For Electric Drivers Possible At The New Charging Locations To Be Created, Including Organizing And Carrying Out The Placement And Communication Process In The Form Of An Assignment Model. In This Model, Governments Themselves Become Owners Of The Charging Objects And, Via Ovef, They Take Control Over Their Realization, Management And Operation. This Offers More Flexibility, Direct Communication With Implementing Parties And Better Opportunities To Link Policy To Implementation, For Example By Using Locally Generated Sustainable Energy, Than The Concession Model.
