The Acquired System Must Be A Solution Focused On Risk Management, Which Supports The Companys Risk Management As A Whole And Its Various Process Steps. The Implementation Of The System Is Planned To Start No Later Than January 4, 2027. The System Must Be Ready-Made Software With Customer-Specific Customization. The Procurement Includes Services Related To The Use Of The System, Such As User Training, Necessary Customizations, And Technical And Content Support. More Detailed Requirements Of The Procurement Target Can Be Found In Appendix 3, Requirements Definition. The Customers Risk Management Is Based On The International Iso 31000 Standard. Risks Mean Both Threats And Opportunities, And The Risk Management Process Consists Of Risk Identification, Assessment And Management, As Well As Compliance Assessment. The System Must Support This Entity By Offering Versatile Functions For Different Purposes, So That Risk Management Can Be Implemented Comprehensively And Systematically. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Risk Management System And Its Connections To Other Systems, A Delivery Project (Including E.G. Migrations, Conversions), Maintenance And Support Of Ready-Made Software, Support Service, Separately Ordered Expert Services And Customer Service. The Acquired System Can Be Further Developed During The Contract Period. The Procurement Is Done As A Single Entity And A Single Comprehensive Supplier Is Sought For The System.
