It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Up More Efficient Maintenance Planning, Procurement. The Customer Intends To Procure A New It Support Covering Asset Management, Maintenance Planning And Decision Support, Which Both Consolidates And Supplements Existing Systems. The Purpose Is To Ensure Effective, Uniform And Coordinated Maintenance Planning As Well As Long-Term Sustainable Management, Maintenance And Development Of The Citys Public Spaces. The New It Support Will Form A Central Component In The Customers Work With Planning, Prioritizing And Implementing Maintenance Measures. It Will Replace Or Supplement Existing System Support Where Todays Functionality Is Not Sufficient. A Central Part Of The New It Support Is The Ability To Visualize Geometric And Geographic Information Including Line, Point And Surface-Based Facility And Maintenance Geometries. The System Shall Provide Map-Based Visualization Of Facilities And Measures And Provide Support For Geographically-Based Analysis And Coordination Between Subject Areas. The Customer Is In Need Of A Modern Digital Solution With Advanced Functionality, Where The New It Support Is Continuously Further Developed To Meet Changing Business Needs And Technology Development (E.G. Ai-Based Analysis, Automation And Other Innovative Technical Capabilities). The Customer Is Looking For A System Where Standard Functionality And Configuration Options Can Mostly Meet The Needs Of The Business, Which Minimizes The Need For Customer Adaptations. In Cases Where Further Development Or Customer Customization Is Required, These Solutions Must Be Compatible With Future System Upgrades And Not Constitute An Obstacle To The Implementation Of New Versions. The Procurement Concerns Both New It Support (Henceforth Referred To As The System) And The Services Required To Ensure Full Implementation, Efficient Use And Long-Term Management. In Other Words, The Supplier Must Be Able To Contribute With Both Technical Expertise And Qualified Advice. The System Must Be Able To Be Integrated Into The Customers Existing It Environment And Must Be Flexible And Able To Be Adapted To The Continued Development Of The Business. The Procurement Includes The Following Parts: • Licenses/Usage Rights To The System And Any Customer Adaptations. • Project Implementation: Services Covering Installation, Configuration And Possible Customization Of The System According To The Customers Requirements, Including Project Management And Testing. • Integration: Services To Create Seamless Communication Between The New System And The Customers System Landscape Eg Isyroad, As Well As The Citys Common Solutions, Eg For Login And Identification Eg The Id Portal. • Migration: Services For Transferring Data From Existing Systems To The System, Mainly Plant Information From Plant Systems That Are Being Consolidated/Retired. • Training: Services For Training And Skills Transfer To Employees, With Practical Workshops, Documentation And E-Learning For Effective Use Of The System. • Management And Technical Support: Services Such As Ongoing Support To Deal With Technical Problems, System Updates, Regular
