Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S Tender For Agreement On Technical Advice And Assistance In Relation To Planning And Establishment Of Five Recreational Urban Spaces In Ørestad South. These Tender Conditions Apply To Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client) Tender For An Agreement For Technical Advice And Assistance In Connection With The Planning And Establishment Of 5 Recreational Urban Areas In Ørestad South (Hereinafter The Consultant Agreement). By & Havn Works With The Planning And Establishment Of Five Recreational Urban Spaces In Ørestad Syd, Where Four Urban Spaces Are To Be Established On Asger Jorns Allé, And A Smaller Urban Space Is To Be Established On Else Alfelts Vej. As Part Of The Project, The Existing Passable Median On Asger Jorns Allé Between Ørestad Boulevard And Richard Mortensens Vej Must Also Be Changed With The Planting Of Smaller Trees And Bushes. For A Geographical Location Of The City Spaces, Please Refer To The Map On The Front Page Of The Tender Conditions And The Consultant Agreement. The Consultant Agreement Includes Three Sub-Tasks: I) Consulting And Planning For City Spaces 1, 2 And 4, Must Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Project Proposal Approved By The Authorities For City Spaces 1 And 2 As Well As Planning Proposals For City Space 4. Planning Proposals And Project Proposals For All Three City Spaces Have Been Prepared By Bogl And Ekj Consulting Engineers (Subtask 1). Ii) Consulting And Project Planning For City Space 3 After The Sale Of The Adjacent Building Plot 2.1, Including Preparation Of Outline And Project Proposals As Well As Subsequent Tendering And Execution Project In Collaboration With The Landscape Architect Associated With The Ordering Party, Bogl, Who Must Ensure The Architectural Expression Of The City Space (Subtask 2). For Byrum 3, A Design And An Architectural Expression That Aligns With And Matches Byrum 1 And 2 Must Be Ensured To The Greatest Extent Possible, So That A Coherent Overall Impression Is Achieved Along Asger Jorns Alle. Iii) Advice And Planning For Byrum 5, Located East Of Else Alfelts Vej, Must Be Given On The Basis Of Available Tender Material Prepared By Transform And Rambøll. This Material Must Form The Basis For The Preparation Of The Tender And Execution Project (Subtask 3). The Consultancy Task For The Above Three Sub-Tasks Includes Technical Advice And Assistance, Preparation Of Tender And Execution Project, Possibly Professional Supervision, Project Follow-Up, Handover To Operation And 1-Year Inspection. The Tendered Consultant Agreement Will Be Awarded To One Tenderer. The Consultant Agreement With The Winning Tenderer Will Be Entered Into On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Draft Consultant Agreement With Annexes In The Tender Documents. The Tendered Consultant Agreement Is Expected To Be Carried Out In The Period June 2026 – December 2027, Cf. The Attached Main Schedule. The Ordering Party Has Chosen To Offer One Single Consultant Agreement Instead Of Dividing The Agreement Into Sub-Agreements: The Aggregation Of The Tasks Has Been Chosen Because The Ordering Party Considers It Necessary And Appropriate In View Of The Coherence And Complexity Of The Tasks, Which Is Not Assessed To Enable Further Division Without Wanting To Cause Negative Consequences For The Interface Coordination, Etc. For A More Detailed Description Of The Consultant Agreement And The Tendered Task, The Ordering Party Refers To The Complete Tender Material.
