The Supply Concerns Ratp And, On Request, Its Subsidiaries. The Solution Allows The Management Of The Purchasing Process, In Particular The Expression Of Needs, Calls For Applications And Consultations, The Life Cycle Of Contracts/Markets And The Monitoring Of Its Execution, The Management Of Suppliers And Their Evaluations, As Well As The Management And Reporting Of Purchases. The Services Included In The Scope Of The Market Are Described Below: • Implementation Of The Integrated Solution • Access To The Application Service • Routine Operational Maintenance, Called Type 1 Maintenance • Adaptive, Scalable Operational Maintenance, Called Type Maintenance 2 • Extension Of The Application Service (On Catalog For Additional Profiles Or Files, Modules, Services, Hosting And Artificial Intelligence Services) • Associated Services • Reversibility The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 60 Months From Notification Of The First Ols. Unless Notified In Writing By Ratp With 2 Months Notice, It Will Be Tacitly Renewed For 5 Periods Of 12 Months Each. The Duration Of 10 Years Is Justified By The Technicality Of The Solution To Be Adapted To The Constraints Of The Ratp And The Criticality Of The Ratp S2c Process.
