Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – New Construction Of The Heimathafen Kellenhusen Guest Center - Planning Services For Outdoor Areas. The Outdoor Facilities Service Profile Is Awarded In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai (Kg 500 - Outdoor Facilities) For 2 Construction Phases As Follows: 1St Construction Phase: The First Construction Phase Includes The Outdoor Area Planning For The New Building Of The Guest Center And The Remaining Of The Former Spa Center In Service Phases 5 - 8. There Is Already An Outdoor Area Planning For Service Phases 1 - 4 With A Corresponding Building Permit. 2Nd Construction Phase: The Second Construction Phase Includes The Planning Of An Open Space With An Event Meadow In Phases 3 - 8. There Is Already Preliminary Planning For Phases 1 - 2. This Must Be Revised Accordingly And Resubmitted As A Building Application. There Is An Approved Drainage Plan For Both Construction Phases. This Must Be Processed In Service Phases 5 - 8. The Eligible Costs For Both Construction Phases (Kg 500) Are Approximately Eur 1,500,000 Net.
