The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Contract Described In Chapter Ii And The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Described In Chapter Iii Of This Inquiry. 2. Minimum Warranty Period For All Elements Of The Technological System - 24 Months. 3. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish; B) Undertaking Service Activities - Immediately After Reporting, I.E. No Later Than Within 48 Hours Of Notification Of The Failure. 4. Providing Post-Warranty Service. 5. Maximum Period Of Execution Of The Contract For Delivery And Assembly - 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6. In Relation To The Offered Subject Of The Order, The Tenderer Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1) References Understood As An Indication Of Reference Units, I.E. Installations/Plants In Which The Offered Elements Of The Technological System Are Installed And Operate, In A Quantity Of At Least 5 Pieces. The Indicated Reference Installations Must Refer To The Offered Elements Of The Technological System With Parameters Not Lower Than Those Presented In The Offer. 7. Conditions Of Participation - A Bidder/Supplier Who Meets All Of The Following Conditions May Apply For The Award Of An Order: A. Has Personal, Technical And Financial Potential, In Particular Experience And Authorizations Enabling The Ability To Perform The Order. B. Not In Arrears With The Payment Of Taxes And Social Security Contributions, Or Other Public And Legal Levies Required In The Bidders Country.
