The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Following Services To Kowr: 1) Permanent Services: A) Fixing Errors And Removing Performance Problems In The Software, B) Providing Consultations (Hot Line) Or As Part Of An Inquiry In The Ordering Partys Reporting System, C) Introducing Changes To The Egeria Software Resulting From Changes In Generally Applicable Law, After The Ordering Partys Acceptance; 2) Software Modernization Services: A) Adapting The Software To New Versions Of Utility Software And Hardware, B) Introducing Changes To The Software, C) Other Modernization Or Maintenance Services, Including Data Modification, Carried Out Within A Specified Time Limit - In Accordance With The Requests For Change Or Data Modification Submitted By The Ordering Party. 2.
