Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The State Administration Units Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. Detailed Lists Of Electricity Consumption Points (Ppe) Belonging To State Administration Units Are Separate Files In Excel Format (Called Ppe.Zip Lists). 3. The Planned Estimated Amount Of Electricity For Individual Tariff Groups Was Indicated In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And It Constitutes The Total Amount Of Energy For All Units Covered By The Subject Order. 4. The Planned Estimated Amount Of Energy Was Determined On The Basis Of The Planned Needs Of The State Administration Units, Including The Electricity Consumption Indicated In The Ppe Lists. 5. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 6. Electricity Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of Separate Sales Contracts Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor For Each Of The Units. The Condition For Commencing Deliveries To A Given Electricity Consumption Point Is: 1) The Entity Has Carried Out A Positive Supplier Change Procedure, I.E. Completed All Formalities Related To The Change Of Supplier And Necessary For The Implementation Of Energy Supplies, 2) The Entity Has Adapted The Measurement Systems To The Tpa Principle (If Such A Change Is Necessary), 3) The Conclusion Of Separate Distribution Agreements By The Entities (If Such Agreements Have Not Been Concluded By The Entities), 4) The Expiry Or Effective Termination Of The Currently Applicable Electricity Sales Agreements Or Contracts For Comprehensive Service. 7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Of Additional Energy Purchases. Additional Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order (Energy Supply) Under The Option Right May Not Exceed 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Order (In Total In All Tariffs). Detailed Conditions Regarding The Option Right Are Specified In § 4 Of Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 8. All Other Requirements Not Included In This Announcement Are Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.
