These Interventions Are Aimed At Improving The Safety, Habitability, Functionality And Hygiene Conditions Of The Living Spaces And Sanitary Services, Allowing The Maintenance Of Adequate Facilities For The Well-Being Of Its Residents And The Correct Functioning Of The Premises, Also Contributing To Prolonging The Useful Life Of The Existing Infrastructure And Complying With The Minimum Safety And Health Standards Required For This Type Of Establishments. The Proposal Must Contemplate All Those Works Inherent And Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Works And Their Facilities, In Accordance With The Most Exact Interpretation Of The Technical Specifications. This Initiative Will Be Developed In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Administrative Bases And Other Background Information That Exists In The Purchasing Process, Which Will Form An Integral Part Of The Contract Signed Between The Municipality And The Successful Bidder.
