The Municipal Cultural Center Of Chillán “Enrique Gajardo Velásquez”, Through The Municipal Cultural Corporation Of Chillán, Through These Rules Calls For A Public Tender For The “Impact Measurement Service Experimenta 2026 Program”, With The Objective Of Evaluating The Impact Of The Program In Its Second Year Of Implementation. The Experimenta Program Constitutes An Educational Initiative Of An Artistic Nature Aimed At Students From 3Rd To 6Th Grade In The Ñuble Region. Experimenta Has Been In Development Since 2024. In Its 2025 Edition, Workshops And Artistic Activities Were Held Aimed At Strengthening The Cognitive, Creative And Socio-Emotional Development Of The Participants, Focusing On The Measurement Of Self-Esteem As The Main Impact Variable. In The Experimenta Program, Art Is Incorporated Into The Educational Field As A Motivating Element Of Knowledge, Acquisition Of Skills Such As Creativity, Empathy And The Promotion Of Aesthetic Values. It Also Reinforces Areas Of The School Curriculum Through The Arts. By 2026, It Is Necessary To Replicate And Update The Measurement Of Results Carried Out In Previous Editions, In Order To Generate A Comparative Report That Allows Evaluating The Consistency, Sustainability And Effects Of The Experimenta Program. The Successful Bidder Must Execute The Services According To The Prior Issuance Of The Purchase Order, Therefore, It Is Strictly Prohibited To Carry Out What Is Required Before The Issuance Of The Respective Purchase Order, And That It Is In The Status Of Accepted By The Supplier.
