The Purpose Of This Service Is To Provide Southend-On-Sea City Council (Scc) With A Reliable, Compliant, And High-Quality Fleet Maintenance Provision, That Ensures The Council’S Vehicles Remain Safe, Roadworthy, Operationally Available, And Fully Compliant With Legal And Manufacturer Requirements When Operating.
