The Criteria For Determination Of Section 39A Consents Are Set Out In S.I. No. 264/2002 - Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002 (Criteria For Determination Of Consents) Regulations 2002. The Processing Of A Section 39A Consent Application Involves Assessing The Applicant’S Financial And Technical Engineering Abilities To Successfully And Safely Deliver The Pipeline, As Well As Determining Whether The Pipeline Project Is Likely To Have Any Significant Environmental Impacts.
