Obligations Of The Investor Control Under Contracts For The Cleaning Of Riverbeds: - Not To Allow, Without Agreement With The Municipality Of Sofia, The Implementation Of Activities Outside Of The Agreed Upon; - If It Is Necessary To Perform Unforeseen Types Of Works, Outside Of The Agreed Ones, To Inform The Municipality Of Sofia And Assist In The Preparation Of A Finding Protocol For Approval By The Municipality; - To Check The New Analytical Prices Prepared By The Contractor, For Elements Of Pricing, According To The Concluded Contracts; - To Request And Verify The Documentation Presented By The Contractor /Acts, Protocols, Etc./, As Well As To Prepare An Account No. 22 To The Financial Documents For Making Any Payment For The Performed Activities; - To Organize The Reception Of Each Section By Coordinating And Preparing Protocols For The Opening And Reception Of The Activities Performed. - To Monitor Compliance With The Requirements Related To Environmental Protection And Safety Techniques During The Execution Of The Activities; - Checks For The Quality Performance Of The Assigned Activities For Each River Section; - Controls The Quantities For Each River Section, Incl. Inspection Of The Waste Seized From The Riverbeds And Transported By The Contractor To A Landfill Meeting The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act And Ordinance No. 6 Of August 27, 2013 On The Conditions And Requirements For The Construction And Operation Of Landfills And Other Facilities And Installations For The Recovery And Disposal Of Waste. - Notifies The Contracting Authority Of Problems That Have Arisen During The Implementation Of River Bed Cleaning Activities (If Any) And Accordingly Proposes Measures To Solve Them; - Sign All Acts And Protocols During The River Bed Cleaning Activities. - Exercises Investor Control Through A Team Of Legally Competent Natural Persons With Professional Experience And Technical Competences Necessary For The Implementation Of The Activities.
