Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group Of Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Ivan Radoev Drama And Puppet Theater - Pleven City
The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Low Voltage Level By The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances, For The Needs Of The Ivan Radoev Drama And Puppet Theater - The City Of Pleven. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Is: 539.04 Mwh (Or 539,044 Kwh). The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Total Amount Of Net Electrical Energy Specified In The Documentation Is Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Is Determined Based On The Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 Months, Increased By 10%, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use It And Is Not Limited By It (In Case The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract Is Not Reached). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Energy Trading Rules).
