The Service Is Provided In The Settlements: Aquarius; Stinking Water; A Fat Man; Wild Game; Kilifarevo; Blackberry; Small Homestead; Mindya; Nikup; Plakovo; Prisovo; Emen; Yalovo; Bukovets; Velchevo; Coal Workers; Golemani; Apiary; Fringed; Mermaid; Self-Driving; Hotnitsa; Cerova Koria - In The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. In The Implementation Of The Public Procurement, The Legislation In Force In The Country And The Technical Requirements Concerning The Subject Of The Procurement Must Be Observed. ​​​​​​​​Participants Must Know Rtm On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo, Certified By A Protocol Signed By The Participant In The Procurement And A Representative Of The Contracting Authority From The Structure Op Municipal Cable Radio Veliko Tarnovo. In The Populated Areas Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, There Is A 4.53 Km Underground Network. The Open Radio Transmission Network (Rtm) Is Located On Reinforced Concrete Pillars And Has A Total Length Of 321.82 Km, Distributed In The Relevant Settlements (Appendix 1.1 To The Technical Specification). The Feeder Voltage In The Underground Network Is 120 Or 240 V In The Different Settlements And Is Lowered By Means Of 161 Transformers Described In Appendix 1.1. In Populated Areas, Where No Feeder Voltage Is Specified, The Radio Frequency Line Has A Voltage Of 30V (Peak To Peak For A Sinusoidal Signal). All Other Lines From The Open Network Are Also At This Voltage After The Step-Down Transformers.
