Request for proposals for Specialized Inspection Services Documents Price: KD 500 (non-refundable) 1- This tender is indivisible and alternative bids are not permitted; all documents and certificates must be submitted through the electronic system as specified in the tender documents. 2- Purchase fees must be deposited in KOCs bank account (National Bank of Kuwait, Ahmadi Branch Account No. 1001058663, IBAN: KW77NBOK0000000000001001058663, SWIFT: NBOKKWKW; or Gulf Bank, Fahaheel Branch Account No. 8801243, IBAN: KW62GULB0000000000000008801243, SWIFT: GULBKWKW), with the tender number and company name included on the bank receipt; bids without a payment receipt shall be excluded. 3- A valid national labor percentage certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower (valid for one year) and a certificate of no suspension from government contracts must be submitted with the bid. 4- Small and medium enterprise holders are exempt from document purchase fees under Article 39 of Law 2019/74; they must attach a valid certificate from the National Fund for SME Development. 5- Companies declining to bid must notify KOC in writing stating the reasons by the closing date, to avoid exclusion from future KOC tenders/practices. Bid Bond: KD 30,000, valid for 90 days from the closing date, in favor of Kuwait Oil Company. Pre-tendering meeting: 10:00 AM on Sunday, 19/04/2026, via MS Teams (online).
