Bids shall be submitted to the Office of the Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs, first floor, Ministries Complex. Important conditions and instructions: Bidders must be registered and accredited with the Central Agency for Public Tenders, the Central Agency for Information Technology, and the Ministry of Social Affairs. A valid registration certificate from the Central Agency for Public Tenders, a valid license, and a valid authorization for percentage certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted. A letter requesting participation in the project stating the address, phone numbers, mobile, fax, and entity details with the name of the follow-up person must be submitted. Bids and samples must be submitted to the Tenders Section at the Ministries Complex, first and second floors, and to the Computer and Cashier Section by K-NET electronic payment system.
