The Spa Park Is Entered In The Register Monuments Under No. A-672.A) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: I) Design Documentation, I.E.: 1) Land Development Design - 4 Pieces, 2) Architectural And Construction Design 4 Pieces, 3) Technical Designs For All Industries (Including Specialized Designs That May Need To Be Developed During The Design Process) Along With Information On Safety And Health Protection - 4 Copies, 4) Recording Of The Entire Study On An Electronic Medium (Cd) - In The Format Pdf;5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Initial Data For Design, In Particular: Maps For Design Purposes, Perform Soil And Water Tests, Perform Other Necessary Studies Necessary To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Order, 6) Construction Cost Estimates, 7) Perform All Necessary Works, Including All Administrative Fees Necessary To Carry Out The Works Covered By The Order, 8) Design Documentation Should Cover All Industries And Scopes Of Works In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Fup, 9) Obligations Of The Contractor In In The Scope Of Design Documentation, They Also Include Preparing An Application For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit To The Appropriate Authority, Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works And Preparing As-Built Documentation Along With Instructions For The Care Of Plantings And Greenery. The Implementation Of The Above Scope Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations, 10) The Documentation Must Have All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Currently Applicable Legal Regulations, The Nature Protection Act And The Act On The Protection Of Monuments. The Documentation Must Be Accompanied By A Written Declaration That It Is Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve, And Is Consistent With Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
