The Subject Of The Study Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1926W Sienno- Trzemcha- Antoniów In The Town Of Sienno At Km 1 + 916.50 To Km 3 + 017.90 With A Section Length Of 1101.40 M, Stage Ii. The Attached Design Documentation Covers The Entire Scope Of The Investment, I.E. From Km 0+010 (0+003.30) To Km 5+202.00, While Only The Second Stage Of The Task Will Be Implemented, I.E. From Km 1+916.50 To Km 3+017.90. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve Safety And Traffic Conditions On The Discussed District Road, As Well As To Improve Drainage. The Road To Reconstruction As Above. Is Part Of The Communication Route Providing A Direct Connection Between The Town Of Sienno And The Town Of Bałtów. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Reconstruction Of A District Road To Class Z, With A Road Width Of 6.00 M, Along With Linear Drainage As Part Of The Reinforcement Of Slopes And The Bottom Of The Ditch With Openwork Slabs, And The Strengthening Of 1.00 M Wide Roadsides With Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm In The Towns Of Trzemcha Dolna And Trzemcha Górna. The Planned Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed Is Approximately 1 + 101.40 Km. The Full Scope Of The Study Is Provided In The Attached Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. 2. Location Of The Investment The Beginning Of The Planned Investment At Km 1 + 916.50 (End Of The New Bituminous Surface - Investment Completed In 2025), And The End Of The Planned Investment At Km 3 + 017.90 In Front Of The Bridge Facility Eligible For Planned Renovation. The Planned Investment Is Located On The Border Of The Towns Of Trzemcha Dolna And Trzemcha Górna. 3. General Characteristics Of The Facility The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented Along The Existing Trace Of The District Road No. 1926 W Sienno - Trzemcha - Antoniów. The Existing Road Is Located In The Towns Of Trzemcha Dolna And Trzemcha Górna, Sienno Commune, Lipski Poviat. The Road Runs Through Areas Of Loose Farm Buildings. The Study Includes The Reconstruction Of The Main Public Road With A Length Of 1,101.4 Meters. Currently, District Road No. 1926 W Has A Bituminous Surface On The Designed Section, With A Width Ranging From 4.80 To 5.20 M. On The Section Covered By The Study, The Road Surface Is In Poor Technical Condition. The Planned Road Was Significantly Degraded. There Are Numerous Damages And The Existing Condition Does Not Meet The Assumptions And Parameters For The Required Traffic Load - Kr 2. The Designed District Road Has An Almost Uniform Cross-Section. Both The Thickness Of The Bituminous Layers And The Aggregate Layers Allow For The Reinforcement Of The Pavement Structure Using Cold Recycling Technology. On Part Of The Section, There Are Roadside Ditches With Culverts Under The Existing Exits To Agricultural Fields And Properties In General Poor Technical Condition, Blocked And Silted.
