1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Ul. Żabikowska In Komorniki.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works In Accordance With Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Technical Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities In The Surfaces Section - Item 5 And 6 And In The Linear Works Section - Item 1-3, Will Be Subject To Final Indication By The Supervision Inspector, Acting In Consultation With The Ordering Party, During The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Detailed Scope Of These Works Will Be Determined After Milling The Existing Surface And Assessing Its Technical Condition.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version On A Cd Or Usb Disk To Provide It To The Ordering Party, Including One Copy In Paper Version For The Komorniki Commune Office, And The Other To The Extent Necessary To Submit To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate For The Poznań County.5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,700,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuance Of This Document.7. Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, Minimum 36 Months. - The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code.8. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Procedure Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order.
