The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Called Expansion Of The Sulęczyno Swimming Pool On Lake Węgorzyno Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority Iv.4 Development Of Public Tourist Infrastructure, Measure 6.12 Tourism Infrastructure - Clld Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. The Project Will Be Implemented In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kartuzy County, In The Sulęczyno Commune In The Town Of Sulęczyno, Plot No. 381 And 3181/16, Sulęczyno Geodetic District. The Infrastructure Created As A Result Of The Project Implementation Will Meet The Standards Specified In The Document Entitled Pomeranian Bathing Areas. Standards Of Bathing Infrastructure, Adopted By Resolution Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship Board No. 615/550/24 Of May 23, 2024. Prepare Existing Parking Spaces Along The Road Indicated On The Pzt In Such A Way That They Meet The Design Parameters And Enable Acceptance By The Services. 2. Contractor Obliged. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction In Accordance With Article 54 Of The Construction Law And The Decision On The Construction Permit, Confirmation That The Authority Has Not Raised Any Objections Within 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Notice; And Also To Notify The State Water Management - Polish Waters In Accordance With The Content Of The Water Law Permit About The Commencement And Completion Of The Works.3.
