The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 170619W In Osiemborów Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road On The Section From Km 0+011.20 To Km 0+525.00 Located On Plots No. 152 And No. 155, Osiemborów District, Magnuszew Commune. 2. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical Knowledge And In Accordance With The Attached Documentation (Materials For Reporting, Bill Of Quantities) And Detailed Technical Specification).3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform Permanent Traffic Organization (Project Included In Annex No. 12 To Swz)4. The Ordering Party Requires A Geodetic Inventory. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A 60-Month Warranty For The Works Covered By This Procedure. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations.6. The Warranty Period Covers All Elements Of The Works Covered By The Contract, Including: Surface, Roadsides, Horizontal And Vertical Markings, And Other Elements Made As Part Of The Subject Of The Order.7. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Free Of Charge Any Defects Or Defects Discovered During The Warranty Period, Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party, No Longer Than 14 Days From The Date Of Reporting.8.
