1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For The Modernization Of The Sports Field In The Uroczysko Estate (Located In Kielce, Ul. Rejewskiego, Plot No. 947/285, 947/350, District 0006), As Part Of The Citizens Budget For 2025/2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Stages (Stage I And Ii) And Includes In Particular: 2.1. In The Scope Of Stage I: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, And Applicable Regulations, Enabling The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works, 2) Obtaining, At Own Expense, Maps, Arrangements, Opinions, Tests And Checks Of The Design Documentation, Necessary And Required By Regulations, Necessary To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Enabling The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works.2.2. Within The Scope Of Stage Ii: 1) Construction Of A Multi-Functional Pitch For Playing Handball/Football, Volleyball And Basketball, With Dimensions Of Min. 25 × 20 M, Including: A) Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface Along With The Installation Of An Appropriate Substructure; B) Construction Of Line Markings For The Pitch (Differentiated Color Lines For Individual Sports Disciplines); C) Installation Of New Sports Equipment: Handball/Football Goals, Posts, Volleyball Net And Basketball Baskets. 2) Construction Of The Edges Around The Pitch And Leveling The Surface Of The Edges With A Layer Of Polyurethane; 3) Construction Of A Base Layer (Sand, Aggregates), Leveling The Profiles Of The Ground For Preparing The Pitch, Taking Into Account The Required Slopes, And - In The Case Of A Slope - Construction Of A Palisade, 4) Protection Of The Power Grid With A Two-Piece Arot Protective Pipe, 5) Construction Of A Paving Stone Band With Edges Around The Pitch, 6) Construction Of An Information Board Along With Regulations With The Civic Budget Logo, 7) Restoration Of The Surface After Construction Works By Leveling, Topsoil And Sowing With Grass, Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Paving Stone Surface, 8) Performing Other Necessary Works/Installations For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 9) Obtaining The Required Certificates From The Inspection Of The Completed Land Development, Confirming Its Compliance With The Standards, Carried Out By A Safety Specialist Or Another Accredited Unit; 10) Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Developing As-Built Documentation. 3. Due To The Expenditure Of Public Funds From The Budget Of The City Of Kielce, We Would Like To Inform You That The Entire Construction Works Must Be Accepted And Invoiced In 2026.4.
