Partial Renovation Includes Immediate Technical Procedures Related To The Removal Of Damage That Threatens Traffic Safety, As Well As Small-Scale Procedures (Covering Small Areas) Without Significant Restoration Of Utility Values, But Inhibiting The Process Of Increasing The Damage Or Its Effects. The Ordering Party Envisages Using The Option In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. Detailed Conditions For Exercising The Option Right Are Described In Chapter Xv Of Swz.2.
