The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Scope Of Conservation And Protection Of The Defensive Wall In The Former Discalced Carmelite Monastery Complex (18Th Century), Located On Plot No. 1680 In Zagórze. 2. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Aimed At Full Conservation, Including Restoration, Supplementation, Strengthening And Protection Against Atmospheric Destruction Of The Surface Of The Defensive Wall, On The Eastern Section, On A Length Of Approx. 71 M, I.E. From The Northern Corner With The Tower To The Eastern Corner - As Marked In Orange In The Drawing Entitled Planning Of The Site. The Scope Of Work Should Be Carried Out At The Full Height And On Both Sides Of The Wall, Including The Gables. The Minimum Height Of The Wall Is 1.8 M. In Sections Where The Existing Wall Is Higher Than 1.8 M, Efforts Should Be Made To Maintain Its Current Height. Note: The Work Must Be Preceded By Archaeological Research In Accordance With The Issued Permit And The Map Of The Location Of The Planned Archaeological Excavations. The Scope Of Archaeological Research Should Also Include The Identification Of The Presence Of A Foundation Wall In The Section Covered By The Scope Of Work. If The Poor Technical Condition Of The Foundations In A Given Section Is Found, The Scope Of Work Should Include Strengthening Them By Replacing The Foundations In Sections. The Technical Condition Of The Foundations Will Each Time Be Assessed By The Supervision Inspector, Who Will Also Indicate To The Contractor The Section That Needs To Be Strengthened Or Replaced. The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Another Technology For Strengthening The Foundations, Subject To Prior Agreement And Acceptance Of The Proposed Technology By The Supervision Inspector.3.
