The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Deliveries Of Unpeeled Vegetables In The Assortment Listed In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, Which Is Also The Price Form: Package I - Unpeeled Vegetables (Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz)2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To This Tor. As Part Of The Deliveries, The Ordering Party Requires, Among Others: A) The Assortment Delivered By The Contractor Will Be Of First Class Quality, Fresh And Marked In Accordance With The Applicable Standard; The Assortment Will Be Delivered According To Net Weight; B) The Contractor Will Deliver Continuously, 2-3 Times A Week From Monday To Friday, To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse, From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 A.M., With Delivery And Delivery To The Warehouse And Quantitative And Qualitative Verification In The Presence Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party; In The Event Of An Emergency Need Of The Ordering Party, The Delivery May Be Made On Saturday;C) The Delivered Assortment Must Be Brought In And Unloaded By The Contractor Each Time In The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse;D) 2/3 Of The Deadline Set For The Shelf Life Of The Product/Range Will Be Reserved For The Ordering Party;E) The Delivered Assortment Will Be Consistent With The Placed Order;F) Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Own Transport, At Its Expense And Risk, Ex The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse.3.
