Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Design Documentation And Modernization Of The Lighting Installation In The Area Of ​​​​The Urszula Chamber On Level I

1 Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Electrical Installation, Lighting And Illumination In The Area Of ​​The Urszula Chamber On Level I In The Underground Part Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As The Installation.1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Facilitys Switchboard Will Be Expanded And The Existing Lighting Will Be Dismantled And New Lighting Will Be Installed, Without Any Changes To The Chamber Arrangement. In Place Of The Dismantled Lighting, A New Illumination And Lighting Installation Based On Led Technology Will Be Installed. Detailed Assumptions For The Design And Implementation Of The Installation Are Included In Annex 1 To The Specification.1.3. Before Commencing The Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare An Installation Design, Including The Technology For Carrying Out The Works, 2) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Permit To Perform The Works Covered By The Installation Design, Granted By The Conservator Of Monuments Of The Krakow Saltworks (Hereinafter Referred To As Kzkżs). 1.4. The Installation Includes: 1) Expansion Of The Existing Rku I And Roe/Rku I Switchboard, 2) Installation Of The Basic And Animation Lighting Installation, 3) Installation Of The Evacuation Lighting Installation, 4) Installation Of The Single-Phase Sockets Installation, 5) Reconstruction Of The Control System, 6) Preparation Of An Additional Circuit And Control System For The Subsequent Lighting Of The Shaft Located In The Urszula Chamber. 1.5. As Part Of The Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Work Area, 2) Provide Materials Necessary To Perform The Installation, 3) Provide Machines And Devices Necessary To Perform The Installation, 4) Provide Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Installation Works, 5) Carry Out Installation Works, 6) Perform Acceptance Measurements.1.6. The Installation Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) The Installation Design Developed By The Contractor And The Kzkżs Permit Obtained Based On It, 2) Instructions For Safe Manual Transport On The Surface And In Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Contract, 3) Instructions For Placing Derailed Mine Wagons On The Track, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Contract, 4) Instructions For Safely Performing Work With Using Power Tools, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Contract, 5) Instructions For Performing Work At Heights Using Warsaw Scaffolding, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Contract.1.7. The Installation Design Should Include: 1) A Descriptive Part In Which The Contractor Will Specify: A) The Basis For Developing The Installation Design, B) The Scope Of The Installation Design, C) Applicable Regulations And Standards Applicable To The Installation, D) Electrical Parameters Of The Installation, E) Existing Conditio
